Our Animal Re-Connection Group was born from the many conversations that mostly happen behind closed doors. And the ones that, on many occasions, are never spoken at all. It has been built from the exhaustion, the moral weight, and the quiet breaking point that so many in the animal field have been trying to balance on.

Because the truth is—this work has cost our community more people than it should – the recent rise of the “Not One More Vet” movement is a heartbreaking reflection of just how heavy this reality has become. We are being asked to look more honestly at the cost of constantly giving, holding grief, and showing up for others while quietly running on empty.

Whether you are a Veterinarian, a Technician, a Trainer, a Rescuer, or an Animal Advocate of any kind – you are invited to step into this supportive and non-judgmental space.

Through guided, hands-on experiences with horses, participants are invited to step out of their roles and into a space where nothing is expected of them. Because horses don’t ask you to be strong, or composed, or to have it all together. They just want to meet you exactly where you are—offering honest, grounding feedback that helps regulate the nervous system and gently bring awareness back to self.

This is not about learning more or doing more. It’s about softening, resetting, and being supported in a way that feels real.
