Not because they are asked to or because they are restrained, but because a relationship has been built strong enough that freedom becomes the very thing that holds them there.

We are so honoured and excited to welcome back Patrick Sullivan to our sanctuary for a special two-day Liberty Training Experience, where horse lovers will have the opportunity to witness and learn the art of communication, trust, and connection between horse and human. Patrick’s work reminds us that true horsemanship is not about control — it is about understanding, patience, and creating a space where a horse feels safe enough to meet us in partnership.

I had the privilege of working with him and his wife Avery last April at their home in Texas and honestly, my time there was truly life-changing and inspiring. Having him come back to our sanctuary to work with our horses is such an incredible opportunity and I am so excited to be able to share it with those inspired to join us!

Whether you come as a lifelong horseperson or someone simply curious about the language horses speak, this day will offer a rare opportunity to slow down, listen deeply, and experience the magic that happens when we meet horses with softness and respect.
